The firm was purchased by the present ownership in 1993 as a predominately residential, $2.5 million dollar company. Today it is one of the largest air conditioning contracting and service firm in the area with over $24 million dollars in sales and serves both the commercial and residential sectors of the market.
We employ over 215 people and are successful because of their skills and our departments that operate in the focused markets in which we participate. Conditioned Air will only pursue projects for which we have the proficiency and manpower to successfully accomplish.
We operate our own sheet metal shop and also have a mobile sheet metal shop we set up on job sites as needed. We operate with several profit centers that include, new construction, production housing, replacement/retrofit, demand/emergency service, and scheduled service/maintenance.
We have 55 full-time service technicians and over 25,000 units under contract for service/maintenance. While each of these departments has its own manager and support and field staffs, we practice open book management so that everyone is involved in meeting the client’s needs. Weekly job progress meetings and management meetings keeps an open flow of communications, critical for everyone’s success.
All personnel, including the president, are subject to full background checks, social security verification, mandatory drug tests for employment and random drug tests throughout employment. We exceed the government requirements for employment eligibility to insure only employees with the legal status to work in the United States are employees of Conditioned Air.

The Conditioned Air warehouse is well stocked with supplies, parts and equipment necessary to handle the smallest or most complex service calls.
