Work Hours Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with a half hour for lunch. May require extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday & Sunday work or until job complete.

Minimum Job Requirements

Posses a valid driver’s license
5 years installation experience at a minimum
Own hand tools
EPA Certified

A Plus to have:

Technical school graduate
Universal refrigerant certification
ISL Universal Self Study, Installation, Technician Communications*
NATE Core Installation, Air Conditioning Installation and Gas Heating (Air) Installation

Basic Job Function

The installation of residential HVAC heating and cooling systems, zoning systems and other related installations.
The installation of ductwork and duct systems.
Leading and training an Assistant Installer

Reporting Relationships

Lead Installers report directly to the Installation Manager.
Lead Installers have a functional relationship with the Warehouse/Inventory Controller, Sheet Metal Fabricator, or Installation teams, Maintenance and Service Technicians and the administrator.

Multi-tasked individual with high level customer service skills to schedule, coordinate and assign technicians to daily service calls. Must be able to communicate effectively and possess a working knowledge of computers, modern office practices and procedures.

Hours

Monday thru Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm 1 hour lunch. Extended hours and Saturday schedules may be required.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Customer Service—the individual manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Answering incoming calls, entering information into Service Master, scheduling & coordinating appointments with Service Techs effectively and efficiently.
Routing maintenance and service technicians based on technician skill level & geographic location.
Promoting maintenance plans and programs.
Insure proper communication between the customers and the Maintenance and Service Technicians.
Communicating to all customers the estimated arrival time of the technicians.
Insure payment arrangements have been made prior to dispatching calls.
Verify technician times for the job as it relates to the work they are performing.
Provide a list of parts and filters needed for the following day to the Warehouse or Purchasing Dept to be pulled for each technician.
Mail reminder letters and make follow up calls for maintenance contract customers.
Be a positive and encouraging presence in the office and to always treat customers and coworkers with dignity, respect and professionalism.
Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
Participate in all company meetings.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Job Qualifications:

A calm and courteous demeanor. Ability to remain pleasant and positive in a high stress environment.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Must have Knowledge of Office Administration procedures and use and operation of standard office. equipment at a level generally acquired through 3+ years related experience.
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Knowledge of air conditioning / HVAC terminology a plus.

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility.

Education and Formal Training:

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

1+ year’s experience with dispatching.
HVAC experience a plus!

Basic Job Function

Perform Tune-Up and Professional Cleanings on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
Diagnose residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems to determine the cause of failure and repair systems as needed or set a replacement lead.
Be knowledgeable of products and services that solve our customer’s specific comfort needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide a positive and winning attitude at all times.

Be neatly groomed and fully dressed only in a clean company approved uniform.

Warehouse Associate – Naples Location

Responsible for assisting in receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse or storage areas to fill shelves, racks, tables, or customers’ orders. Will also assist in keeping the building clean and orderly.

Experience: Warehouse Experience Preferred but not required.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager, Mike Henry
