Conditioned Air is a full-service heating and air conditioning company. We offer trustworthy, reliable, and technologically precise AC repairs, installation, and maintenance for residential heating and cooling equipment. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of professional HVAC service possible throughout Southwest and Northeast Florida.What’s your biggest concern as a small business owner?
The increasing cost of doing business in Florida, specifically the cost of business insurance in the construction industry. This is bolstered by the open promotion of litigation against companies and individuals related to auto and personal injury.
Tell us why you joined the Small Business Council and what you would say to other business leaders about the benefit and value of this council.
Conditioned Air joined the Small Business Council to network with other businesses within our state who are navigating similar challenges. The Small Business Council provides beneficial information on legislative updates, and also provides businesses with a means for our voices to be heard by our government leaders. This allows us to be more proactive with how we approach and position ourselves for the future.

Conditioned Air Company of Naples LLC announced that Chief Executive and owner W. Theodore Etzel III and his wife, Kim, have received the Doyle E. Carlton Award from Stetson University. The award was presented at the 2017 Alumni and University Awards Ceremony on November 4th at the university. The Doyle E. Carlton Award is one of Stetson University's highest honors and is presented annually to an alum or friend of the university in recognition of devotion to Christian higher education and in appreciate for his/her extraordinary contribution to the life and development of the university, City of DeLand and State of Florida.
