Conditioned Air is a full-service heating and air conditioning company. What’s your biggest concern as a small business owner?
The increasing cost of doing business in Florida, specifically the cost of business insurance in the construction industry. This is bolstered by the open promotion of litigation against companies and individuals related to auto and personal injury.

Conditioned Air joined the Small Business Council to network with other businesses within our state who are navigating similar challenges. The Small Business Council provides beneficial information on legislative updates, and also provides businesses with a means for our voices to be heard by our government leaders. This allows us to be more proactive with how we approach and position ourselves for the future.

A/C Designs, a top HVAC service and new construction provider in Northeast Florida, has a rich history and reputation.
