MyComfort Monitor connects to your home’s HVAC system(s) as well as your internet and continuously monitors the health of your system. It performs regular system checks 24/7 to ensure everything is working correctly. If an issue arises, Conditioned Air is promptly alerted.
A Conditioned Air representative will contact you promptly after receiving an alert. If you’ve opted for email or SMS notifications, you’ll also be contacted through those channels, in addition to the call.
Active Alerts indicate an issue that requires immediate attention, such as a system failure, critical component malfunction, or a risk that could impact your comfort or system performance. These are prioritized, and you’ll be contacted promptly to discuss the next steps.
Inactive Alerts are less urgent and might include warnings about maintenance needs or minor performance issues that don’t immediately affect your system’s functionality. These alerts are still addressed promptly, but the timeline and approach may differ based on the nature of the alert.
Both types of alerts are reviewed and communicated to you with clear options for resolution.
You’ll never be charged for a diagnostic visit in these cases. If the monitor misses an issue and a repair is needed, the labor to fix your system will be provided at no charge.*
